Monthly Meeting Minutes (addendum)
Meeting Date: October 8, 2008 Start Time: 8:00pm
Attendees: Mike Cocca, Matt Gadecki, Bill Smith, Bob Dalrymple, Greg Oliva, Al Starrett, Dominick Filiano, Scott Rieger
Old Business:
The Club had a motion carry over from the September meeting. The voting results are as follows:
·Motion: Effective for 2009, the Tournament Directors annual dues will NOT be paid for out of the Club’s General Fund. The individual will be responsible for paying his or her own dues,
Passed 8 for / 0 against
New Business:
A new motion was put forth, and second, at the meeting.
·Motion: The Officers of the Club, as elected by the members annually, shall run the Club in it’s entirety as they see fit (with the best interest of the Club in mind). The Officers will be responsible for determining the events schedule for the upcoming year. This includes both the Lakes selection and the dates selected for each event (including the times). The Officers will also rule on any issue raised by the members (as pre-written rules will no longer exist). The only rules that will be fixed will be those regarding membership fees, Officer Elections, Tournament fees, pay-outs, the point schedule and penalties associated with, lateness, dead fish, etc.

·Treasurer: Rich Tabor
·Assistant Tournament Director: Andre Libraty
Reminders:
·Officer nominations will be accepted up until the November meeting. Nominations must be second to be accepted for vote.
·Membership dues for the 2009 season are due at the November meeting. You must be a paid in full member to vote.
·I will be submitted a tentative 2009 roster to the Federation at this months meeting (Friday, Oct. 10th).
Next scheduled meeting: Sunday, November 9th at 9:00am at Rich Tabor’s house
