Monthly Meeting Minutes
Meeting Date: November, 9, 2008

Old Business:
The Club had a motion carry over from the October meeting. The results of the voting is as follows:
·Motion: The Officers of the Club, as elected by the members annually, shall run the Club (in it’s entirety) as they see fit (with the best interest of the Club in mind). The Officers will be responsible for determining the events schedule for the upcoming year. This includes both the Lakes selection and the dates selected for each event (including the times). The Officers will also rule on any issue raised by the members (as pre-written rules will no longer exist). The only rules that will be fixed will be those regarding membership fees, Officer elections, Tournament fees, pay-outs, the point schedule and penalties associated with lateness, dead fish, etc.
Passed 8 for / 1 against
Voting completed for all 4 Officer Positions and the Assistant Tournament Director Post.

The newly elected Board will meet in the upcoming month to review and revise the schedule for the 2009 season.
Club dues were due and collected at the meeting. For those unable to attend and who wish to be members for the 2009 season, please contact the Club Treasurer to make arrangements for receipt of you 2009 dues.
The Club welcomed a new member, Al Bauer, to the Club. Al is a boater and we look forward to fishing with him in the 2009 season.
